  | Malachite Eye Ring Malachite, Sterling Silver and Copper 1 1/2 inches by 1 inch Size 6 1/2 Custom Designed Piece - Not For Sale Inspiration: This is the second ring that I made, and its design grew organically out of playing with pieces of copper and silver wire. I started with balling the ends of many pieces of wire and bending them into shapes. Eventually, out came an eyeball shape that went with an old piece of mysterious malachite I had in the bottom of my jewel box. This piece of malachite has always been one of my favorites as it looks like a landscape of alien mountains. Malachite is an African stone that has always reminded me of my grandfather, who owned an incredible solid malachite ashtray, which I now own. Interested in a ring like this one?
